檢測變壓器油箱密封試驗
油箱密封性試驗應(yīng)在裝配完畢后進行。帶有可拆卸的散熱器或冷卻器時，可以在拆卸狀態(tài)下試驗，試驗用靜油柱法或靜氣壓法。
1.靜油柱法
靜油柱試驗法是在變壓器儲抽柜的注油孔上加裝一根高度為0.6m以上的油管，在油管頂端焊裝一個貯油桶，以備變壓器油因熱脹冷縮或繞組內(nèi)氣泡溢出作補充用，防止造成缺油。這樣經(jīng)24h后觀察應(yīng)無滲油現(xiàn)象。此方法一般用在160kVA以上的變壓器。
2.靜氣壓法
靜氣壓法是在變壓器箱蓋上或儲油柜上的通氣孔連接一個帶有氣壓表的管子，端部裝有旋塞，緩慢施以氣壓到0. 03MPa，然后將旋塞關(guān)閉，經(jīng)24h觀察，油箱各處不得發(fā)現(xiàn)有滲漏現(xiàn)象。所有氣體(空氣或惰性氣體)必須是干燥的。氣壓試驗時，應(yīng)將儲油柜與油箱相連通，有安全氣道的要將玻璃板換成鋼板密封。一般是將儲油柜上吸濕器拆去.接三通接頭.將氮氣瓶中氮氣經(jīng)降壓表閥降壓后通入儲抽柜或膠囊袋中，關(guān)閉閥門，觀壓壓力表12h不顯著降低。對密封式有波紋油箱的變壓器，應(yīng)加0.025MPa壓力12h不滲漏。而按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GBJ148-1990《變壓器驗收規(guī)范》規(guī)定，變壓器箱蓋上加0.03MPa24h變壓器本體不滲漏，有載分接開關(guān)加0.06MPa24h不滲漏。在做密封試臉前，有時要抽真空，它們單位的相互關(guān)系。
