TY-1 Oil Purifier
一、 準備工作
(1) Preparation:
1、 從外觀檢查本機有無缺損，打開電器檢查各處保險是否齊全，電器接頭有無松動，電器元件有無潮濕和損壞，并清除各處雜物。
(1). Checking the appearance to see if there is any damage, checking the electrical equipment to see if all the safety device is already and if the connection of electrical equipment is not fixed, as well as if the electrical components is damp or damage. And clean all the sundries.
2、 用手轉動真空泵皮帶2-3轉，查看真空泵是否正常，緊固點及皮帶有無松動現象。
(2). Turning the vacuum pump belt for 2 or 3 rounds by hand, and check if the vacuum is normal and fixed point or belt is fixed.
3、 檢查真空泵油，是否在油標線上，如低于油標線，應補加，高于油標線時，應排掉部分泵油，使其保持在油標線上。
(3). Checking vacuum pump oil if it reach above the oil level, if not, add/remove it to the oil level
4、 接上總電源線和地線。
(4). Connect general power supply and zero line
5、 將本機的進出油分別接到待凈化的儲油容器上進行循環過濾，要求容器和管道內部必須清潔，儲油容器液面不能低于本機進口管500mm以下。
(5). Connecting the pipe of oil in and out to oil storage container containing being purified oil to make recycle filtration, which requires cleanness inside the container and pipe, and the liquid level of oil storage container should 500 mm higher than that of oil in pipe of the machine.
二、 操作
2. Operation
1、 啟動真空泵，打開抽氣閥、進油閥，待油液吸如分離罐到1/3油位時，啟動排油泵，輸出油液。
(1). Starting the vacuum pump and gas pumping valve, oil in valve, after the oil is pumped into separation tank and get 1/3 level, starting the oil out pump to get the oil out.
2、 將溫控儀旋鈕預置在所需溫度上，加熱器自動啟動，并保持恒溫加熱。
(2). Turning the knob of temperature to set the required temperature, the heater will be started automatically and keep constant temperature.
3、 運行時注意觀察分離罐內泡沫，泡沫過多時，可手動調整補氣閥，消除泡沫后應關閉。
(3). Observing the foam in the separation tank during running, in case of excessive foam, you can adjust the vacuum adjustment valve by hand to eliminate the foam before closing it.
4、 運行中應隨時觀察真空泵油，乳化情況，并同時排除部分水份，乳化嚴重時應更換真空泵油，這樣做非常重要，可以提高真空使用壽命。
(4). Observing the emulsification of vacuum pump oil all the time during its running. In case of serious emulsification, the vacuum pump oil should be changed, which is very important to improve the life service of vacuum pump.
5、 運行中應隨時監視濾油機的工作情況（如流量、真空度、壓力、電動機等是否運轉正常）。
(5). Supervising the working condition of oil purifier all the time, such as flow rate, vacuum range, pressure and motor.
三、 停機操作
3. Stopping the machine:
1、 將溫度控制儀旋鈕調整在零位，溫控器自動斷開加熱器電源。
(1). Setting the temperature to zero, which will stop the heating automatically.
2、 運行5分鐘后，關閉進油閥、抽氣閥，再停真空泵。
(2). After 5 minutes later, close the oil in valve, gas pumping valve then stop vacuum pump.
3、 待油液排盡后，停止油泵。
(3). Stop the oil pump after the oil is drained out.
四、 維護保養
4. Maintenance Work:
1、 設備每運行200小時應檢查。
After 200 hours running, you should check the items below:
1）、電器控制系統是否安全、可靠。
The electrical equipment controlling system is safe and reliable.
2）、溫控儀是否靈敏、可靠、準確。
Temperature gauge is sensitive, reliable and precise.
3）各泵軸封是否損壞、泄漏。
The seal of all pumps is damaged or leaked.
4）各管路系統及密封處有無漏氣、漏油現象。
There is leakage of gas or oil in the pipe system and sealed points.
5）液位控制是否可靠。
The liquid controlling is reliable.
6）工作壓力是否正常，如有異常，應立即排除。
The working pressure is normal. In case of abnormal condition, it should be solved immediately.
2、 隨時注意補加真空泵油或更換真空泵油。
At the attention of additional vacuum pump oil or replacement of vacuum pump oil
3、 電動機運行3000小時后，應補加ZL-2或ZL-3。
After 3000 hours running of the motor, the motor should be added ZL-2 or ZL-3.
4、 如果停機一月以上，本機應放在干燥地方，關閉電器柜。
In case of stopping the machine for over one month, the machine should be put into dry place and the electrical panel should be closed.
